We did a total diagnostic with the assistance of our customer, borescope and had further look at the engine previous performances, we decided then to proceed with our injection method, developed during our research and development. Our customer try to get some warranty for the engine but been denied warranty of this L36 GL Waukesha they rebuild just months before by the service provider that did the overhaul for them. The success was immediate, within the hour we had the engine back on line and serviceable. It ran for 2 weeks and 1 cylinder head was replaced due to the fact that one crack as developed due to that one piston that struck the excess carbon before the injection and had damage the cylinder head.We are proud to say that we are the only company, on the planet, that can provide such a service with 100% satisfaction.
