Implementation of verification measures aimed to verify States' commitments in Arms control, disarmament and confidence-building measures in order to enhance the transparency, confidence and predictability of military activities. As inspection team leader I have led conventional forces in Europe (CFE) and Vienna document (VD) inspections in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia and Kazakhstan and accompanied equivalent inspections in France.✅. As head of French site office I was responsible for the preparation of all French military sites pertaining to possible inspection and for France exchange of information (CFE and VD) I delivered in Vienna.✅. Thanks to my expertise in the latter I was part of the teacher community in charge of the NATO data manager course focused on exchange of information.

✅. commander of a 116 professional soldier light armored cavalry unit (French Marine Corps) in charge of the military training, preparation for deployment and routine life which included human resources management (appraising, promotion, discipline etc. for officers, NCOs and draftees).✅. My unit has been deployed 4 months in Sarajevo (SFOR mission)(23/11/1998 - 04/04/1999). My area of responsibility comprised Eastern part of the city and Republica Srpska. I had almost daily meeting with civilian (including Sarajevo Mayor), military and religious authorities. The unit took place under my command into war criminal research and civilian-military operations in cooperation with UNHCR.
