During this time, the companies increased their market penetration within their verticals. Here are some of my aha! moments:• Embracing the philosophy to continuously adopt and refine programs based on metrics and analysis, leading the charge to use marketing automation that resulted in an increase of new-named leads by 25%. • Implementing a platform allowing the sales team to embed user cam videos on their emails to increase open and conversion rates. In fact, rates were well above the industry average to maximize engagement, in general. • Tripling our website lead generation by capitalizing on a new CMS that was SEO- and mobile-friendly. • Implementing a process that ensured that we "touched" our contacts with quality marketing messages, segmented based on selected categories in Salesforce, which resulted in one targeted group generating over $10mm in opportunities.

I was also the technical writer in the software development team that created and compiled the user manuals. Here are some of my aha! achievements:• Finding an opportunity to elevate the efficiency of our manual development through the use of Adobe products and decreased production time by 90%. • Creating interactive video demos that saw a 50% increase in website conversion rates. • Implementing website analytics and refined website content to beat our competitors on several of the main keywords users entered in search engines.
