I have been developping the algorithms for the 1D spectroscopic redshift estimation pipeline in the context of the EUCLID (ESA/CNES) mission (https://www.euclid-ec.org/) and the Subaru PFS project (http://pfs.ipmu.jp/).

I have been involved in the software development of an MRI-guided transurethral ultrasound therapy system, dedicated to the treatment of localized prostate cancer.
