I am responsible for Delegate Management. In my role, I create registration websites, manage conference registrations, contract and manage housing, oversee hospitality, secure and coordinate meeting space, and handle financial reconciliation.

I handle scheduling of the leagues as well as the scheduling for that particular day of the photo shoot. It is my job to know all positions in case someone doesn't show up. I count and deposit all of the money from that day (cash and checks). I then send letters to those that were unable to pay the day of.I fill out all of the necessary forms and paperwork.
