In my position as Geek Squad Supervisor, I was responsible for teaching new technicians how to research to find resolutions to difficult client computing issues. Due to the hectic retail environment, I successfully mastered working in an extremely unpredictable climate with constant demands while still doing a thorough and accurate job. Through my time at Best Buy, I received five promotions proving my drive for success. While managing up to 19 employees, my organization skills and outside the box thinking helped to develop a multi-book productivity and sales tracking system in Excel for the whole store. Through harnessing the individual talents of my teams and building a team environment, I was able to drive consistent success in Revenue and Margin.
