Current- Responsible for 9-14 Cabin Crew and 237 - 379 passengers per flight.
- Manage and deliver outstanding service on every flight to achieve Cabin Crew Service Standards targets.
- Supporting and implementing significant change processes in a complex, dynamic and culturally diverse operational environment.
- Manage on-time departures and service recovery.
- Manage the performance and development of Cabin Crew.
- Creating interaction and teamwork amongst Crew and partner areas to improve business performance and customer service delivery.
