International Customer Service Manager
Current• Responsible for 9-14 Cabin Crew and 237 - 379 passengers per flight.• Manage and deliver outstanding service on every flight to achieve Cabin Crew Service Standards targets.• Supporting and implementing significant change processes in a complex, dynamic and culturally diverse operational environment.• Manage on-time departures and service recovery.• Manage the performance and development of Cabin Crew.• Creating interaction and teamwork amongst Crew and partner areas to improve business performance and customer service delivery.• Managing crew-related matters at slip ports. Providing liaison and support for Cabin Crew from sign-on to sign-off.• Monitoring work conditions to ensure a productive and equitable work environment in which all individuals are treated fairly and in accordance with legislative, policy and safety requirements.• Effectively managing standards of performance and behaviours and taking action as required. • Communicating business information and customer feedback using a wide range of comms channels. • Development of Cabin Crew for promotional opportunities. • Contribute to and facilitate structured communications programs, forums and workshops to Flight Attendants overseas and in homeports.
