Current-Develop pipeline of service providers: laser techs, medical aestheticians and injectors and Physicians.-Build and maintain talent pools in application tracking system.-Report application click rate and time to fill to Executive Leadership Team.-Lead full-cycle recruitment for all Clinic roles and Head Office.-Oversee Talent Acquisition process for all Head Office roles. -Coordinate MSP presence at conferences, career fairs.-Point of Contact for Injector recruits, negotiations and contracts.-Participates in labour planning with Regionals. -Place talent from training centers into clinics. -Develops partnerships with schools and associations.-Research and recommends best sourcing channels.-Provide advice and recommendation to Regionals.-Develop recruitment guidebook for leadership.-Executes Employer Brand strategy.-Manage Indeed budget and communicate process to managers.-Manage Internal referral process and Internal Careers portal.
