- Supervise retail locations in the Birmingham market- Generate new and retain current members through sales, advertising, and educational & social events- Order supplies and maintain service contracts for three retail locations- Oversee VoIP phone system for three retail locations and all sales staff- Coordinate events for retail locations at local and state level- Training- Assign sales leads statewide

Responsible for coordinating sales and retention efforts within the Birmingham Market.- Assist market Supervisors in coordinating group meetings and events with prospective members to support market growth.- Support various departments at VIVA including but not limited to Sales and Marketing, Provider Services, Quality Improvement, Medicare Enrollment, and Medicare Member Services.- Maintain knowledge of VIVA MEDICARE products to service customer needs appropriately.- Develop and express ideas to facilitate events geared towards retention of current members.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of CMS Marketing regulations, competitor’s offerings, and the parameters which govern the sales and promotion of Medicare Advantage products.- Interface with various groups including members and their advocates, prospects, senior citizen organizations, internal VIVA HEALTH staff, vendors, and CMS.- Provide recommendations for issues related to the marketing strategy, event coordination, and quality improvement.- Ensure retail location is opened on time and all operating systems are functioning to support Market Staff.
