As a graduate from California State University, Long Beach, Leisure Studies Department, I am seeking a professional position within your organization. This position seems to fit very well with my experience in the Customer Service field. I have experience working in an office based setting as well as in public. My duties included, but were not limited to, greeting customers, answering multiple phone lines, filing, faxing, data entry, shipping and receiving inventory, preparing daily reports using Microsoft Excel, preparing envelopes and packages for postage, and other administrative duties. I have intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and I am an avid typist. In my recent experience working for Ryerson Steel in Los Angeles, California as an Administrative Assistant, I have gained more experience as being an assistant to the Operations Manager as well as the office staff. I am highly motivated, a team player, and a fast learner. I believe I would be a great addition to your team.
