I am the founder of Real Karma, a pioneering organization dedicated to social impact in real estate. At Real Karma, my mission is to transform unique properties into homes that inspire social change and redefine what it means to own socially conscious real estate.I have a strong background in investment banking in London, multifamily acquisitions in Barcelona, and luxury real estate brokerage in the Balearic Islands. This experience led me to recognize a unique market potential: the need for a more socially conscious approach to real estate. This insight inspired me to create Real Karma.My approach with Real Karma starts by engaging directly with owners of high-end homes for a fraction of the fee charged by conventional agencies. Occassionally we can provide them with instant down payments and guarantee rental income while we reposition the properties on the market as vibrant social spaces with the help of skilled volunteers, digital nomads, and local NGOs. Once the transformation is complete, we market these properties to carefully selected buyers who align with the vision of blending property ownership with philanthropy and are committed to preserving the home’s social mission. This approach creates compelling opportunities for buyers and impact investors, with all profits reinvested to fund future social impact homes and expand Real Karma’s reach.I am committed to building a global movement of socially conscious homeowners who invest with purpose, buying homes that have been transformed into vibrant hubs of connection and positive change.
