Alaina Yuresko is a New York City-based land use and zoning law consultant working at Urban Cartographics as the firm's Director of Standards and Graphics. During their seven years with the firm, they have worked alongside zoning attorneys and architects to help facilitate hundreds of rezonings and approvals through zoning analyses, studies, maps, and graphics. Prior to their work with Urban Cartographics, Alaina worked in media relations at the NYC Department of Transportation. Alaina earned a B.A. in Journalism and New Media/Digital Design from Fordham University, graduating summa cum laude in 2018. They are currently pursuing their J.D. in the evening division at Fordham University School of Law. Upon completing their degree in Spring 2027, Alaina hopes to continue working in NYC development as a land use and zoning attorney.
