• Participating in all stages of numerous multimillion-dollar (150+ million) litigation and negotiation files involving First Nations;
• Advising clients on legal strategies to address large-scale projects in various industries (energy, infrastructure, and resource-extraction), including the negotiation and implementation of Impact and Benefit Agreements;
