- 30 yrs in development cooperation and international solidarity, mainly with NGOs. Assuming all tasks and responsibilities from project identification and elaboration to top management, including backstopping, monitoring and evaluation, technical support and financial supervision, as well as projects/programs, small teams and general NGO management. Consistently holding positions at management and decision levels such as operations Director, as Executive Director, or as Director -sometimes Chair- on various NGO Boards.On projects relating to rights aspects (labour, child, farmers, indigenous) and social dialogue.- 10 yrs in CSR -corporate social responsibility-, and sustainable business and development- 10 yrs in child rights related projects- 5+ yrs experience in earthen, rammed earth and compacted earth blocks building for permanent housing or reconstruction.- 5+ yrs experience relating to the articulation between emergency disaster response, reconstruction and development prospects- 5 yrs in social and professional integration of marginal teenagersWithout setting international solidarity aside I now wish to focus on local challenges and contribute with my background experience to a fairer, less ill-developed society from and in my home countries.
