Current- Develops and implements the marketing and brand strategy to increase awareness of speed skating and inspire participation and retention
- Leads the organization’s digital strategy, including the development of content and campaigns for the website, newsletter and social media channels
- Leads media relations efforts, including writing and distributing news releases, delivering media training, monitoring media impressions and managing on-site media at events
- Supports issues management and crisis communications through media monitoring, key message development and spokesperson preparation
- Develops marketing and communications plans for competitions and assists in the promotion of projects and initiatives across all other program areas of the organization
