As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with some inspiring people at reputable companies.I began my professional career at Frans Maas (transport), which later became known as DSV, as a member of the IT team. I provided IT&C solutions and support to colleagues while also managing the network and take care of purchasing. Later, I joined Sony BeNeLux as a team lead for customer and dealer support, where I had the opportunity to subsequently start the Sony CS Helpdesk in Heerlen in 2002, moved the helpdesk to Zaventem in 2004, and finally relocated it to Amsterdam in 2008. During my time at Sony, I also worked for Sony Europe-SQE (Sony Quality Engineering), where I managed projects such as the "Customer Satisfaction" and "Extended Warranty" initiatives, while overseeing compliance and risk management efforts. I was responsible for the PQE (Product Quality Engineering) and ICE (In Country Engineering) teams which were responsible for pre-production testing, problem solving, GEMBA visits, KPI monitoring, and more.I worked at Sony for 21 years, during which I was able to grow professionally and personally, and I am grateful for the opportunities Sony provided me to be creative and advance in my career.Today, I am proud to serve as the head of the Quality team at the local government in Temse, where I lead the rollout of process management initiatives, design and adapt flows, automate workflows and conduct audits. I am also responsible for preparing governmental reporting, creating and updating quality manuals for childcare, and providing training.Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of skills, including teamwork, office administration, analysis, customer journey mapping, communication, and out-of-the-box thinking. I am passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving positive change, and I look forward to contributing my expertise to future endeavors.
