Ik ben gespecialiseerd in het huurrecht en het civiele vastgoedrecht en heb een zeer brede praktijk opgebouwd. Zodra vastgoed (gebouwd of ongebouwd) wordt ontwikkeld (turn-key of niet), verkocht, verhuurd (sale-/leaseback) of anderszins in gebruik wordt gegeven en vervolgens wordt geëxploiteerd, komt Alain beeld. Mijn praktijk richt zich in dat kader op 3 pijlers: transacties, adviezen en geschillen. In de transactiepraktijk treedt Alain op tal van private partijen zoals ontwikkelaars, vastgoedfondsen en beleggers in diverse herontwikkelingen en transformaties. Naast het huurrecht behoren koop, erfpacht, sale/lease-back, beheer van vastgoed en eigendomsverhoudingen) tot zijn specialismen. Alain adviseert regelmatig een breed scala aan grootgebruikers van industriële terreinen in met name het Rotterdamse Havengebied. Daarnaast is Alain auteur van het handboek ‘Huurrecht’ waarvan na de zomer de 8e druk zal verschijnen.
