Alain is a passionate and top-performing Sales Manager who has spent over 30 years meeting or beating sales targets throughout Canada, developing sales and suggesting marketing plans, and challenging the teams reporting to him to constantly outperform themselves. His chosen field of work has been the pharmaceutical industry, but as he himself comments: "If you can do it in Pharma, you can probably do it anywhere".Alain combines his strategic insights with his passion for business, and develops and suggests appropriate strategies to maintain or grow market share, reposition products, or meet strong challenges from new (generic) competitors by providing excellent and personalized service to his clients.He has particularly enjoyed his activities as a coach, and has trained several generations of new sales representatives how to listen actively to customer needs, help pharmacists, nurses and doctors to better serve their patients, and guide them towards behaviours favourable to the company. He has a degree in Chemistry and speaks and writes fluent English, French and Arabic.
