As Enterprise Architect, I’m defining the vision and execution roadmap about Global Master Data Management (based on IBM Infosphere MDM) at ING Group level. I’m contributing into the setup of the Global Data Governance program. I’m coordinating the planning and delivery of MDM (for Parties, Agreements, Permissions and Employees) based on onsite and offsite resources.As Value Chain Architect, I’m guiding business investments in Analytics(Marketing) and Data Management(Data Lake), ensuring these are correctly planned in the global bank roadmap and that dependencies are actively managed.I’m invited regularly at the famous Solvay Brussels School for guest lectures about Enterprise Architecture.
