Development of Nespresso® high pressure coffee machines- Cross-functional team leadership, both internal (Marketing, R&D, Commercial, Finances & Control, Supply Chain, Markets, After-Sales Centers, etc) and external (engineering companies, designer, moulds manufacturers, OEM, suppliers, approvals laboratories, etc)- Starting up a new development partnership with an engineering company- Management of the technical development within predefined product cost- Project budget planning & control (operational and investments)
