I am a digital communicator, social media junkie, author, public speaker, and trainer slash facilitator. I am a public service employee assigned full time to social media. I also like to help out charitable organizations get onto social media.I became the first government employee ever to complete the Advanced Social Media Strategy Certification from HootSuite and the prestigious Newhouse School of Public Communications (Syracuse University)!I wrote the Social Media Policy and the Digital Communications Strategy for GAC and created a number of tools for the department and for the greater public sector community. I have trained hundreds of our personnel on the use of social media and have developed developed social media training modules at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
