We advocate to change hearts and minds of religious communities to be affirming and inclusive of 2SLGBTQ+ people and their allies. We recognize that religious-based discrimination is a significant global problem that warrants urgent attention. We do not believe that religious beliefs can be ignored any longer in the fight to end homophobia and transphobia. As religious belief is a human right, religious-discrimination must be confronted from a religious perspective that both affirms and is inclusive of 2SLGBTQ+ identity and faith.Research shows that religious-based discrimination contributes to higher rates of suicide, addictions and mental health issues. It contributes to higher rates of unemployment, hate crimes and marginalization. Our work involves:- Strategic nation-focused programming that currently includes Canada, Costa Rica, Fiji and Jamaica;- Faith-based educational and other resources that help spread the message of acceptance and inclusiveness; and - Domestic faith-based initiatives in Canada that develop and publish rating systems for measuring the inclusion and welcome of 2SLGBTQ+ people in local faith communities.

Providing oversight for consolidation of 4 community agencies with a budget of $84M and staff of 600 in 17 locations.• Achieved 4% revenue growth by deploying multi-year approaches pertinent to ICT, facilities, investments, fund development, and business development during the pandemic. • Strengthened organization’s mission and vision through lived experience, systems modernization, and fee for service innovations.
