- My current focus is CEO/Leadership team Coach :A trained CTI (Co-Active) coach, I help CEO's and executives to become "High-performance leaders"; among others, I work with IMD in Lausanne as a coach on IMD High-Performance Leadership program, a top 3 leadership program globally since 2012, and I recently took the charter to develop the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute presence in the USA. As a secondary focus, I support executives who are facing a major life or work challenge, in particular cancer patients or spouses/partners, leveraging my experience in that field.- Previously a CEO advisor, I continue my work with clients in the following sectors:Semiconductor and Design IP and Test, Electronics Systems and Hardware, Digital Health, Software platforms/services. One recent successful project led to a major acquisition.
