As one of the School MA Programme Leader group helped establish the Masters programme across the whole School of Art and Design in a cross disciplinary and international environment. As BA Programme Leader, Fine Art worked with colleagues across the Visual and Performing Arts Department to reform the area through significant educational change and building development. Established a greater national and international awareness of the unique qualities of the course and informed its interdisciplinary contexts through engagement with professional organisations such as NAFAE - National Association of Fine Art, Secretary and ELIA - European League for the Institutes of the Arts - elected board member.
