I started with a simple administrative job at our city hospital overseeing the healthcare quality of patients in the military injured ward during the war in Iraq. Then two years later I was managing a team of 6 employees with 3 office vehicles - including 2 ambulances. It was a challenging job that mainly gave me experience in leadership, management, working in hospital environments, and working in difficult situations.
