• Conduct the Electrical Shop drawings, material submittals, pre-qualifications, and technical calculations alongside method statements, ITPs, and Quality Checklists for approval.• Check documentation complies with design criteria, IFC, Shop Drawings /Client/ and standards.• Ensure that the quality of all Electrical works carried out at the project site is as per the client's requirements and in compliance with the project quality plan (QPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP).• Prepare quantity take-off material, control, tracking, reporting and forecasting for electrical discipline.• Monitor and control the day-to-day activities of construction and inspection for the electrical system according to project specifications and international standard as well as the materials delivered in store.• preparation of electrical schedules, power factor correction, UPS and Battery size &Battery Charger rating and Cable ladder / Tray sizing as per standard• Correctness of the system, discrepancies, and coordination aspects Independently carry out breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop and shortcircuit calculation by ETAP or DOCWIN or ECODIAL or manually.• Meet with the Client and sub-contractor where required and attend site visits to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth construction process.• Make all testing and commissioning requirements for all electrical systems for handover.

• check and review the engineering drawings and submittals for all electrical systems under regulations and instructions of the Civil Defense and NFPA standard in the petroleum warehouses, including (low current, low voltage and medium voltage).• Check documentation complies with design criteria, IFC, Shop Drawings and standards.• check the Preferred Supplier List for Switchgear, Transformers, Cables and Ancillary equipment (local and international suppliers).• Issuing Site Observation & Potential NCR when the specification or procedural requirements are not met/violating the compliance of the requirements with Project Technical requirements• Conduct all required FATs and SATs per applicable standards and manufacturer’s instructions.• Attending weekly quality meetings with the construction team, raising the site quality issues, trying to mitigate them, and warning the hazard to overcome the quality issues. Pushing the contractor to close the open WIR, MIR and site observation by taking corrective action.• Conduct the Testing and Commissioning phase in line with the project specification manufacturer’s instructions.• Implement & manage project changes & interventions to achieve the project outputs to prevent scope creep as well as keep the project on schedule.
