• Install computer hardware, operating systems and other applications.• Ensuring organizational Data security, storage and backup.• Coordinating with engineering Department for CC Camera, Power facility and other matters.• Testing and evaluating new technology.• Troubleshoot and diagnosing system and network problems and solving hardware or software related faults.• LAN/MAN/ WAN installation, configuration and troubleshooting.• Replace parts as required.• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.• Respond to the needs and questions of network users.• Set up new user’s accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.• Configure File Server, Rule Apply and ensure Protection.• Configure outlook and ensure protection.• Ensure security of the system and update virus protection periodically.
