Coordinate the management of 14 Rural Health Centers in remote rural areas of Bangladesh- an EU-funded project titled "Affordable and Sustainable Healthcare for Vulnerable People". Coordinate implementation, supervise managers of centers to implement comprehensive primary health care (preventive and curative). Assist program manager in the decision-making process with a team of Medical Officers, Monitoring & Evaluation team, MIS team, and capacity building unit. Maintain collaboration and building capacity of community groups for the further management and sustainability of rural health centers. Coordinate/cooperate with both internal and external GoB officials and stakeholders.

Involved in Disaster Program (DIPECHO VII), Scaling up Community Preparedness for Multi Hazards in Bangladesh, a project of Caritas Bangladesh. Major responsibilities are design and implementation of monitoring protocol, Project Planning Matrix (PPM), monitor and observed Community Based Disaster Preparedness (CBDP) model and mainstreaming Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) into development.
