• Preparing technical requirements to hold the courses.• Coordination and preparation of training programs and their contents with lecturers in various fields.• Organizing invitations and promoting the courses through newsletters and social media.• Presenting and managing lectures and discussions for the audience.• Defining the impact measuring mechanism, designing satisfaction forms, and evaluating lectures.• Preparing administrative and technical reports for each training course.• Preparing statistics, and strategic indicators for courses, and analyzing customer satisfaction indicators.

- Making studies about defining the training needs of all Authorities in youth and sports sectors.- Developing plans and programs that related to Leaders preparation and coordinate with relevant authorities.- The supervision and organizing of courses and activities that related to Leaders preparation.- Participating in events that related to the preparation of leaders and coordinate with relevant authorities.- Coordinating with the GCC, Arab and international authorities regarding their curriculums, scientific and technical programs to grants the accreditation of their own certificates.- Coordination with the lecturers and following-up them during training to ensure that the trainees got all required skills and information.- Transferring training experiences and best practices in the training field.- Presenting lectures and presentations on the work mechanisms and approved policies which adopted by the General Authority of Youth & Sports welfare to the employees and clients of the Center.- Coordinating all the courses of federations, clubs and other foundations which held in the center.- Completion of training needs with the youth and sports organizations to develop plans, programs and integrate them with the annual plan of the Center. - Participating in the developing of the annual working plan of center. - Proofreading of official letters and correspondences. - Making studies and projects that caring about developing infrastructure and working in the center.- Supervising on the publications of the center.- Creating statistical charts that related to the activities of the center after receiving data from the secretary.- Coordinating and Following-up the requirements of training department in the General Authority.Pursuance courses that related to private sectors and attracting outer activities.- Following-up the events, seminars, and courses which held inside and outside the center.

- Editing of News and sending them to newspapers.- Editing correspondence and administrative messages in Arabic and English.- Preparing the annual report.- Representing the Association in international media agencies.- Certified Coordinator for issuing membership cards of the International Federation of Sports Press Association and the sports media in the UAE.- Preparing of official meetings of the Executive Office.- Editing the minutes of the meetings of the Executive Office and including them in the Sports Portal of the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare.

- Work on studies and projects that will develop the infrastructure and work in the Center (technical and academic side).- Main information provider approved by the General Authority of Youth and Sports Welfare.- Responsible for the preparation and operation of technical equipment and audio-visual aids and document lectures.- Management of the social networking sites for the Center and its electronic content.- Follow-up of electronic billboards that are related to courses and update them periodically.
- Provide logistical support for lecturers.- Follow-up of modern technology that is related to Centre's fields of interest and provide them.- Oversee the publications produced by the Centre in terms of directing, design and proofing.- Responsible for the efficiency of the hardware and maintenance and updating.- Making movies related to the activities of the Center through: (Photography, Montage, and Directing).
