- Building and engaging the community of volunteers for Bangla and other local languages- Language mapping- Initiating partnerships in new geographic/thematic areas- Communicate with potential new partners, attend partner meetings and visit project sites as necessary- Building partner relationships and managing expectations with regard to translation and other services offered by TWB or CLEAR Global- tracking donor trends and opportunities, and matching these with project ideas- maintaining an overview of donors and alerting colleagues on specific funding opportunities appropriate for TWB- conduct desk research on funding opportunities locally and globally- draft project proposals and initiate concept notes (CN) to donors, and follow up where necessary- contribute to team-wide communications and assist in organizing & participate in events
