With a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, I am presently advancing my expertise through a Master's program in Business Analytics and Decision Sciences. My academic journey has been enriched by my role as a Teaching Assistant in Higher Education, where I have had the opportunity to both learn and contribute to the learning process. Prior to this, I gained valuable insights into Human Resources through HR development research experience. My professional aspirations are geared towards acquiring skills in business analytics, decision support, and consultancy, with a particular interest in Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) and foundational elements of data science, especially in R programming. The long-term inspiration fueling my career trajectory is the pursuit of a Ph.D., with the goal of contributing to self-development as well as contributing to related fields.
