Permanent Supportive Housing Program Manager
Current● Managing and overseeing a portfolio of approximately 20 Adult Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) site-based programs in San Francisco, and ensuring the contracts and agreements are in compliance based on funding sources and adhere to federal, state and local funding expectations.● Monitoring and tracking program deliverable compliance and successful execution through annual program monitoring, vacancy tracking, site visits and other ongoing reporting and quality control practices.● Overseeing, leading and facilitating the lease-up and re-lease-up process for new PSH site acquisitions. This includes assisting in drafting and analysis of the property management and support services contracts and budgets with each provider, facilitating partnerships with the providers, other HSH teams, and external stakeholders, and leading weekly meetings to ensure that internal and external deadlines are met to meet the needs of our clients and all parties involved.● Assisting the HSH Contracts Team in ongoing budget development modifications, and revisions of assigned grant agreements, including new acquisition sites.● Establishing and maintaining high quality relationships and partnerships with providers, agencies, Grantees and other key community stakeholders.● Collaborating cross-functionally with nonprofit partners, other City agencies, and other HSH teams including Coordinated Entry, Contracts, Data & Performance, Temporary Shelters, and Housing Subsidy, among others, to develop and maintain supportive housing and services.● Supporting in the ongoing development of goals, objectives, and policies of projects and initiatives of the Department, including overdose prevention training, capital fund repairs and improvements for qualified sites, and salary increases for provider’s case managers.
