Managing 60 reports to deliver a programme of First Aid training across London, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire. My role is to facilitate, motivate and inspire the teams to carry out industry leading training to help contribute to the fundraising for the charity.

Delivering safety critical training across the business to a variety of delegates, including direct staff and contractors. Training delivered includes; H&S passports, Confined Spaces, First Aid, Permit to Work, Engaging with Contractors, Incident Investigation, Working from Height, Water Safety and Water Rescue.

I manage a team of 12 technicians who deliver statutory inspections on all health and safety equipment used across all Thames Water sites. I manage the teams workloads, performance reviews and 1-2-1's. I also manage their annual leave, expense claims and sickness. My role involves visiting the technicians on sites across our region carrying out inspections of their work as well as carrying out health and safety audits on their vehicles and tools. We liaise and engage with contractors to deliver our programmes of work and hold regular meetings to monitor and review work completed and forthcoming work.

Lead a response teaM of technicians and contractors before during and after the Olympic and Paralympic events. Involved managing risk, health and safety, operational events and Personnel management.

Managed a Water Regulations project on the Olympic Park working with Thames Water and LOCOG. This role involved managing a team of 9 technicians delivering inspections across all Olympics venues and Co ordinating the project of completing these inspections.

Acting Manager of the Croydon 2 area team managing 11 field staff and 1 specialist. Covered a long term vacancy due to a secondment, to increase experience of industry and management. Personnel management, Performance Management and health and safety management were key areas of the role.

Acting Manager in the North East area, managing performance, health and safety and Personnel management. Covered an open position until filled to gain experience.

Acting Operations Manager for Dartford Area, managing 11 field staff and 1 specialist. Health and Safety management, Performance Management and Personnel management. Covered a vacant position to gain experience for career progression.
