I am Managing Director of Gold Tap Training Ltd. We deliver Health & Safety and technical water industry training. My role is to manage strategy and day to day operations for the business, focussing on delivery quality and business growth. I have several years of operational experience on the Clean Water Network with Thames Water as well as successful performance and team management experience. I have also spent time building experience in customer relations, problem resolution and within the Learning and Development field through my several roles within Thames Water, British Red Cross and Veriflo. Most recently, I designed, developed and embedded an internal training department for Water Asset Management Company; Verfilo Ltd.My previous role was as Training Team Manager for London and the South region for First Aid Training at The British Red Cross. I led 5 Team Managers who each have 10-12 trainers. They deliver industry leading First Aid training across this area.
