Wall Herald Corporation which owns Monmouth Executive Airport (this airport has one of the longest privately owned runways in the USA)- Airport Real Estate / Management / Investor- Oversees the Management of almost 300 rental units at the airport- Handles the property management of 700+ acre facility, by overseeing the Facilities Manager and Administrative staff- Works with the NJDOT (New Jersey Department of Transportation) to apply for NJDOT aviation grants which are used for facility projects- Coordinates large scale facility projects with the NJDOT and Engineering Design firms- Works with the FAA to insure property security measures to meet FAA standards

Monmouth Jet Center is the Monmouth Executive Airport’s sole Fixed Base Operator (FBO) providing fuel, customer service and rental agreements to all aviation customers.- Responsible for a staff of 18 people including Human Resources, Business Development, Line Service and Customer Service- Responsible for a 250% growth in revenue since inception in 2013- Negotiates multi-million dollar contracts with fuel providers- Negotiates purchase of all new equipment- Oversees the development of safety procedures- Coordinates airport security measures with Federal and State Law Enforcement
