Roles & ResponsibilitiesReturns Management - Formulating Plans and tools to decrease the returns.Creation SOPS and developing techniques to minimize the returns.Warehouse Management - Developing software and managing the items in warehouse.Innovation in CST software and processes.Business planningo Studys related to returns/refunds/shipping labels/restocking fees.o Setting up targets, SOP & SLA, setting and maintaining CTQ (Critical to Quality) / CTP (Critical to Process) targets and involved in planning for the process.Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process/productivity.Responsible for managing the successful resolution of Incidents within defined policies. This includes the escalation, communication and management of all Incidents and the monitoring of other open cases, Customer requests and known system problems.To examine potential areas for improvement and raise proposals with Manager.Improve Store Policies to compete better with other sellers.
