I've had a varied career working within Design Consultancy, Contractor and Client organisations. I'm presently a Project Manager, including NEC accreditation and I liken the role to that of professional referee. I bring in depth knowledge of contract and implement it in a timely manner with fairness and firmness. I have excellent communication skills to clearly convey messages to diverse Stakeholders; Contractors, Designers, QSs, Planners, Supervisors and Sponsors. With over 20 years’ experience of Projects, Commercial and Contracts management I have the appropriate gravitas and experience to be unphased by project events and retain the necessary composure to ensure issues are resolved.When I'm not Project Managing I'm likely to be mentoring, assessing the Chartered Project Profession Standard (ChPP) for the Association for Project Management (APM), do something with the Scouts or relaxing doing DIY or gardening.
