This included contract setting, financial performance, staff training, standards observance, challenging performance levels both sales and financials and supporting the franchisees with any customer related issues.

Responsible for the development of sales in the 20 – 200 fleet sectors through the Van Centre network in the Northern England, Northern Ireland and Scottish regions. This included development of dealer based staff through training and support, target setting, joint customer visits and management of the manfacturers fleet support budget.

Responsible for the development of the Volkswagen CV franchises at both Liverpool and Manchester.
