Alan practices in a broad range of areas including civil and criminal litigation, estate planning and commercial law. He was admitted in March 2021 and has been with Rudall & Rudall Lawyers since June 2021. Alan completed a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Honours) from Flinders University and has experience in both large and small law firms and was the Office Manager of Michael Kirby Chambers in his previous role. Prior to his career in law, Alan was a former musician and school teacher, before being employed at Flinders University as a casual academic and tutor in various Health Law topics. Alan particularly enjoys providing business succession planning advice to small businesses and providing commercial advice for start-up businesses.
