Current•Active member of Boot World’s executive team reporting to President/CEO. Responsible for collaborating on the development of strategic direction, providing insights and recommendations for the overall company growth and development. •Responsible for developing the overall creative and digital strategy for the Boot World brand, re-enforcing strong brand identity in all communication collateral.•Lead, inspire, and grow the Creative and Design teams, fostering a culture that places a premium on ideas, innovation, and efficiency to deliver industry-leading creative.•Oversee the e-Commerce division, orchestrating the re-platforming to Magento e-Commerce platform which resulted in a 400% increase in e-Commerce sales through strategic initiatives. •Implement enhancements to the e-Commerce fulfillment structure to enhance efficiency, resulting in a 20% reduction in operating costs. •Spearhead the establishment of the Amazon sales channel, integrating Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) sales channels for enhanced revenue streams. •Collaborate with department leads, Production, and Finance to see projects from ideation to activation, effectively completing project milestones within the timeframe and on budget. Ability to maximize revenue potential of programs while exceeding Boot World’s goals.
