It was a privilege working at Microsoft as a digital advisor to large enterprise accounts across ANZ. I spent my time understanding customers business objectives and strategies and providing guidance on Microsoft and partner solutions and how they can be used to solve business challenges and create innovation within the business. I couldn’t do it myself and lead a team of digital SME’s to bring together technology all across the Microsoft ecosystem to create proposals and architectures that would help our customers realise digital transformation while meeting the corporate objectives of Microsoft.

I work with enterprise accounts across NZ to understand the business and technical challenges they are facing and how VMware can help through the adoption of technology and process change. I also work closely with service providers and partners around enablement and supporting their go to market strategies. My primary technology focus is on software defined data centers, hybrid cloud, cloud management, and mobility. An increasing amount of my time is spent on Devops, application development platforms, and IoT.I engage with customer in a number of ways including, workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs. I'm also involved in presentations and demonstrations to larger groups of people at industry events and conferences. More recently my time is spent with customers uncovering the relationship between our solutions and the benefits provided to the businessI work as part of a wider account team where we focus on overall account strategy and planning.

My role consisted of pres sales activities to support the sale of BMC solutions into enterprise organisations across the ANZ region. This included business value consulting, building and delivering proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and PoC’s. Technical Account Management of key accounts, and working with BMC’s Partner community to establish and build partner relationships and enabling them in the BMC solutions, sales tools and methodologies

I was responsible for the creation of technical solutions to satisfy the client's business and information technology requirements. This includes providing infrastructure consulting and architectural services directly to the clients and the development of standardised tools, processes and capabilities that support the client's solutions. I also lead a team of 4 responsible for the design, management, and support of an online environment.

Telecom Xtra is a large ISP in New Zealand. I was accountable for the delivery of Service and the relationship between Telecom Xtra and EDS.

Technical management of Xtra’s distributed environment

Responsibility for the IT division. This includes the leadership of 3 other team members, business sales, consultancy, implementation of business network systems, and the senior technical engineer role.
