Reporting to the European Manufacturing Manager, responsible for the supply of maintenance free respirators for the European market. This involves direct manufacturing and production maintenance leadership within the 3M Aycliffe operation and manufacturing supply responsibility from other operations (3M and outsourced) for the European market. Member of the Business Team, managing all aspects of product supply, translating business strategies into clear well defined plans for the plant. Total workforce 250 FTEs.European Business Unit ManagerResponsible for managing the pan-European business. This includes working with the European regions in order to achieve product sales targets and inventory targets. Provide support for the regions by managing the product portfolio with respect to NPI prioritisation, pan-European promotions, product regulatory and compliance and developing sales strategies with key region.
