As a Senior Voice Engineer for Expedia Inc, I was responsible for architectural design, implementation and vendor management of a Genesys 7.5 CTI solution for their global business enterprise. The initial design included Framework, Enterprise and Network Routing and Real-Time and Historical Reporting. Unfortunately, after the initial design was completed, Expedia was forced to put the entire project on hold for a sizable amount of time; therefore, I was forced to seek other employment as result.

As a TGenesys Architect for Automobile Club Southern California/AAA Texas, I was responsible for architectural design, implementation, and post implementation support of our Genesys environments. In these environments, we ran a Windows based Genesys solution with IVR (GVP) In-Front and a SQL Server backend. At the premises, we ran Nortel Meridians with Symposium Link. This implementation included a GVP farm of roughly 15 servers, integrated with IBM WebSphere, and running Dialogic for the telephony hardware. We also ran redundant Inbound Framework, Enterprise Routing and Real-Time and Historical Reporting.
