  Initially appointed as Technical Manager into a small UK Gasket manufacturer, and following the acquisition of this business by Klinger UK, promoted into role of Managing Director within just two years, and built the business up to a £multi-million enterprise, with over 70% of income through exports/JVs. Due to the impressive performance and expansion of the UK business, took on ownership for the rest of the world, consisting of all territories outside of Germany and France, focusing predominately on the Middle East, Kazakhstan and North America, opening new manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Following the decision in 2015 to retire, retained as business advisory to support newly appointed MD, and to further strengthen servicing operations into United Arab Emirates, gaining Board acceptance to purchase former partner ADOS, and subsequently relaunched the business ‘Klinger ADOS’ as CEO.
