CurrentInvestigate production and field issues. Perform Failure Analysis and Complaint resolution. Generate and resolve ECOs for end-of-life components, RoHS and other issues. Validate new and replacement parts and assemblies. Troubleshoot electronics and electromechanical assemblies to the component level. Support Pilot Production programs and Lean Manufacturing processes.Design, build and support assembly and test fixtures for diagnostic and surgical medical devices including pneumatic systems and PCB test equipment. Write new test procedures for production equipment and train personnel to the procedures. Maintain tooling,calibration, and periodic maintenance records using Trackwise and Agile (Oracle). Install and maintain electrical safety test systems for Hipot, Line Leakage, and Patient Leakage (to 6KV) testing. Troubleshoot equipment failures from safety testing. Design and support labeling systems. Supported implementation of a scalable UDI labeling system for Class II and III medical devices using Loftware and proprietary systems.
