Alan worked for three and half years for the UK Sepsis Trust. As previously in his career, his current job title doesn't demonstrate the many hats he wears. As the trusts first recognised Project Manager he has introduced governance in the form of project approval meetings, project life cycle processes, a project register, a suite of project documentation, knowledge based entries and mentorship of team members. In addition to this Alan has championed the development of procurement policies, capture of staff time and cost to complete reporting.Previously Alan has successfully completed 29 years working within the Ascom corporation utilising his key skills of efficient leadership and strong communication with people of all levels, to dovetail with his enjoyment of adapting to versatile business requirements, both within roles and locations.
