Production / Plant Manager for Me2 Screens as part of Rack Systems Engineering. Established in 1989 Rack is a sub-contract metal fabrication company specialising in the design and manufacture of tubular and sheet metal sub-assemblies and screens for office and educational furtniture.

RK Furniture traded for over 28 years and was a lead supplier to the wholesale office furniture market in the UK. The company had an annual turnover of between £4m and £8m and employed around 50 staff.As product and plant manager I was responsible for everything from the delivery of board to completion of the final product being loaded on to our delivery lorries. With experience in all areas of the factory I have the ability to manage teams and plan for efficient production timescales. Computer programming for both production management and the technical machine programmes are all core skills. As a part of a small management team I was regularly involved in recruitment interviews and all aspects of personnel management.
