Since 1989, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in the Office Furniture and Office Product industry. It has been quite the experience, as I have watched our industry grow from a manual, paper driven industry into one that is now highly supported through technology and innovations.During the founding years of Complete Office Supply, I helped part time and came aboard full time as a sales representative. I learned all aspects of the company through the years and have helped develop and negotiate many of the programs we have with clients and vendors. These initial years helped forge the knowledge that our company, Complete Office Supply, has an incredible advantage that NO ONE can overcome. That advantage is our built-in inherent flexibility to bend our company, processes and pricing to fit any client's specific situation. How did we gain this advantage that so many others claim to possess? We earned this knowledge by starting a business squarely at the headwaters of the technological revolution and retail revolutions that began in 1988. We learned that we had to adapt, quickly, frequently and effectively in order to survive. During those formative years, we built a foundation of customer service that carries through to this very day. Over that time I developed and launched our Office Furniture program while also heading up and developing the office products division. I have pursued and won $1,000,000.00+ and larger accounts multiple times over the years for both office products and office furniture. All of those wins were exciting, but it is the wins that I helped my team of Amazingly Talented Employees strategize and capture that have meant he most to me.As we go forward, I look forward to accelerating growth by implementing strategic Organic programs, investigating and pursuing key Acquisitions, and also through partnering with like minded suppliers. I will also continue to develop and transform our company as the world around us changes.
