An expert on the southern real estate market and a native of Charlotte NC, Mr. Blom successfully represented owners, tenants and purchasers/investors alike.Mr. Blom has a Broker license in both North and South Carolina. He received North Carolina's CRCBR Deal Makers Gold and Silver Award and is in the process of receiving his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which is given to the elite brokers in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
