Provide expert counsel to customers on setting realistic objectives and requirements. Aid with development of supplier’s quality plans and air worthiness approach. Efforts ensure awareness of risks and opportunities involved in air vehicle depot activation and operation.• Key participate in business capture and contract negotiations with Partners/FMS customers, venders and US Government. Participate in proposal development and reviews. Aids and ensures all parties to develop and understand technical requirements, risks and opportunities. Perform technical evaluations of vendor proposals and refine requirements to successfully reduce cost by finding efficiencies and redundancies.• Talent development. Trains and enables teammates to perform highly specialized tasks.
