My job to inspect from start to finish commercial roofing projects in Florida, occasionally traveling to other states in the Southern Region. Hundreds of projects inspected, solved problems and signed warranties included; most of the Miami Dade Schools, Orlando, Tampa, and Fort Meyers Airports, many hospitals and colleges throughout the Florida, high rise condos on Miami beach, new construction and reroof projects. Running daily operations of 50 plus installers.My inspection skills were further expanded with the use of moisture meters, uplift domes, nuclear gauges, infrared camera, working for MACTEC Engineering. During which time I inspected and wrote condition assessment reports for approx. 50-60 million sf. of commercial roofs. I have worked as a Contract Managers Agent (CMA) for 12 different commercial projects, including built up roofs, coatings, EPDM, TPO. 5- Federal Courthouses, 6- Sam's Club/Home Depot retail buildings, Winter Park Central Post office, cold applied.
